Jeremy Bowers has a solid background in business and accounting, a proven asset when counseling Carolina businesses. He provides legal and business advice to entrepreneurs and local and national businesses. Additionally, he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional malpractice, trade secrets disputes, land development disputes, condo, property, and homeowners association law, liquor liability, and restaurant and hospitality law. Bowers has been practicing law for twelve years, the last ten at Barnwell Whaley.
Barbara J. Wagner, PhD counsels clients in business law and general liability, toxic torts, construction law, and intellectual property. Wagner earned her PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis and is the holder of 20 United States and numerous foreign patents and the author of several scientific articles. Her chemistry training and experience provide exceptional insight for her clients with toxic torts and products liability matters. She has been practicing law with Barnwell Whaley since 2007.
Certified mediator and litigator John Fletcher has been with Barnwell Whaley since 2004. He has worked on some of Barnwell Whaley’s most complex and challenging cases, in such varied areas of the law as antitrust, intellectual property and professional malpractice.
