Carolina One New Homes Welcomes Four New Agents

November 7, 2018 - Charleston, SC - Carolina One New Homes, the Lowcountry’s new homes industry leader since 1994, has announced that 4 new Site Agents have joined the celebrated New Homes Division of Carolina One Real Estate over the past few months.

A native of Greenwood, SC, Beth Abeyta is a graduate of Piedmont Technical College where she majored in Interior Design. Beth comes to Carolina One New Homes with a wealth of experience in New Homes Sales and Design, Architectural Sales and Interior Design. She will be representing Center Park Homes as they develop new homes communities throughout the Lowcountry.

Heather Lee Crabtree studied Art History and Fine Arts at Mercer Community College in West Windsor, NJ. A native of Owensboro, KY, Crabtree is an accomplished equestrienne owning one World’s Championship Title and one Reserve World’s Championship. Crabtree owns and cares for 5 horses and enjoys restoring furniture in her free time. She is working with Mungo Homes in their West Ashley Hwy. 61 communities, Magnolia Bluff, Church Creek Landing and Mackey Farms.

Ian Boatwright Schmidt was previous employed in Charleston by both the Food and Beverage and Automotive industries. Born in Denver, CO, Schmidt graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Finance and International Business. A 14-year resident of Charleston, Schmidt is a lover of travel, motorsports, tennis and fishing. He will be representing Mungo Homes in Fenwick Woods and The Oaks at St. Johns Crossing on Johns Island.

John Sweeney is a community manager for Carolina One New Homes and builder Saussy Burbank in Carolina Park in North Mt. Pleasant. A resident of Charleston for the past 10 years, Sweeney is a native of Long Island, NY and a graduate of Providence College in Providence, RI with a degree in Finance and Business Management. A Realtor® since 2016, Sweeney is married with 2 children and enjoys golf, fishing and boating.

Carolina One New Homes currently represents 30 new homes communities in the Tri-county area.
