Colliers International | South Carolina awarded management assignment of Clarius Building 1 at Omni Industrial Campus

Charleston, SC, March 12, 2018 – Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division has been awarded property management of Clarius Building 1 in the Omni Industrial Campus, located at 537 Omni Industrial Boulevard in Summerville, Berkeley County, SC.

Developed and owned by a joint venture between Clarius Partners, LLC and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, LLC, Clarius Building 1 is one of the largest Class A speculative buildings to be developed in the Charleston market. The 587,720-square-foot building, which offers 36’ clearance and will soon earn LEED certification, offers prime location and visibility on the I-26 distribution corridor as well as ample space and flexibility for multiple tenants. Divisible into approximately 150,000-square-foot spaces, the building features LED lighting, generous car and trailer parking, secured truck courts and multiple access points to both the Jedburg Road and soon-to-open Nexton Parkway interchange. Situated at the entrance of the Omni Industrial Campus, the building enjoys an immediate proximity to amenities and a quality labor force.
