CHARLESTON — The Landing at St. John’s Yacht Harbor announces it will now begin offering pre-sales reservations for a new luxury condominium project on the Stono River between James Island and Johns Island. Reservations enable potential buyers to place a refundable deposit to hold a place in line for the selection of a particular residence once contracts can be executed.

According to the developer, pre-sales will kick off in May, with a Grand Opening event scheduled for mid-June at the new Sales Center next to the existing marina. First occupancy for the project is expected in Summer 2019.
