CHARLESTON, SC — K&L Gates’ Charleston office is pleased to welcome two associates who have recently joined the firm.
Ms. Caitlin Nevin joined the Charleston office as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group.
Ms. Nevin previously worked as an associate in the corporate group of an international law firm in New York, where her practice focused on acquisitions, refinancing and other real estate matters. Ms. Nevin also assisted with review and negotiation of retail leases, both nationally and internationally, and represented both landlords and tenants. She received her BA from Lafayette College and her JD from Fordham University School of Law.
Mr. Ryan Goer joined the Charleston office as an associate in the firm’s Banking and Asset Finance practice group.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Goer was an associate in the real estate group at an international law firm in Charlotte, where he represented financial, investment and lending institutions with financing of commercial properties. He also represented private and institutional lenders with the origination of secured loans. Mr. Goer received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.
