Charleston, SC (December 6, 2017) – Gastroenterologist Marc New, MD has returned to the tri-county area and has joined Coastal Carolina Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the medical staff of Trident Health.
"It's good to be back home," said Dr. New, who had been practicing in Beaufort, SC for the past two years. Prior, he had been on the medical staff at Trident Medical Center. "Both of our children go to Bishop England High School. It's nice to be able to be part of their activities and to see our friends here."
Dr. New earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. His residency was completed at Emory University School of Medicine. He performed his fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia.
