Miller-Valentine Construction delivered a 1 million-square-foot building addition to the existing Harbor Freight Tools distribution facility located in Dillon, S.C. The expansion brought the new distribution center to approximately 2 million square feet and allows Harbor Freight Tools to increase productivity to serve its growing retail network. The facility includes 140 dock doors, 38 feet in clearance height and an additional 700 trailer parking stalls. Miller-Valentine Construction provided construction management services for the pre-construction and construction stages of the project and was responsible for the coordination of the project’s schedule, design and construction administration.
