Neurosurgeon Douglas Stofko, DO Joins Trident Neurosurgical Associates and Trident Health Medical Staff
Charleston, SC (October 31, 2018) -- Trident Health announces Douglas Stofko, DO has joined its medical staff. Dr. Stofko is a board-certified neurosurgeon and specializes in a wide range of brain and spine conditions including stroke, brain aneurysms, arterial venous malformations, brain and spinal tumors, Hydrocephalus, and complex spine and peripheral nerve conditions.
Dr. Stofko earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his neurological surgery internship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center and his residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Stofko completed a fellowship in cerebrovascular/endovascular neurosurgery and neurocritical care at the Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center of New Jersey at Captial Health in Pennington, New Jersey.
