New Homes Division Adds 5 New Site Agents

December 18, 2017 - Charleston, SC - Responding to the ever-increasing demand for new home construction, Carolina One New Homes is proud to welcome 5 new home community Site Agents to the Lowcountry’s premier sales and marketing team. Stephanie Branscum, Janet Cox-Petersen, Kandee Jackson, Mike Parrado and Mark Godwin will be representing 5 quality new home builders throughout the Lowcountry and Grand Strand area.

A native of Hickory, NC, Stephanie Branscum has lived in Charleston since childhood. Branscum attended Trident Technical College before owning and operating Doolittles, an all-natural pet store in South Windermere. Branscum had previously worked for Dan Ryan Builders and Kolter Homes in Summerville before joining Carolina One New Homes where she will be representing award-winning builder Mungo Homes in Saxony Lake at Cane Bay near Summerville.

Janet Cox-Petersen is a graduate of St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, NC and received paralegal training in Atlanta, GA. A resident of the Myrtle Brach area since 1981, Cox-Petersen has earned numerous Realtor® educational designations (CRS, GRI, ABR and CDPE) and was elected to the RE/MAX Hal of Fame while working in the Grand Strand area. Cox-Petersen will be representing Sable Homes in Clear Pond in Myrtle Beach and Longwood Bluffs of Prince Creek in Murrell’s Inlet.

Born in Honolulu, HI, Kandee Jackson has been a resident of the Charleston area for the past 23 years. Jackson, a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Retail Science, was formerly employed as National Chain Accounts Manager for Bossley Professional Strength hair growth products. With Carolina One New Homes, Jackson will be working as sites agent for Landmark 24 Homes in Sanctuary Cove at Cane Bay in Summerville.

A native of Greenville, SC and a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Wildlife Biology, Mike Parrado has called Charleston Home for the past 5 years. A Realtor® since 2014, Parrado was previously employed by the USDA Wildlife Services before choosing a career in real estate. Parrado will be representing builder Grayhawk Homes in 9 different Lowcountry communities from Johns Island to Moncks Corner.

Mark Godwin is selling homes in Goose Creek at Lakeview Commons, built by one of the top SC home builders, Great Southern Homes. Godwin is a graduate of both Johnson and Wales Culinary University and Trident Technical College. Godwin’s experience includes work in food service, event planning and personal training as well as in new home construction with Crescent Homes, formerly known as Brentwood Homes.
