Modern French Eatery, led by French Master Chef Nico Romo, adding Sunday-Only Brunch Service
CHARLESTON (December 18, 2018) - Beginning Sunday, December 23rd, Mount Pleasant's lively French bistro and oyster bar NICO will begin serving Sunday Brunch. Every Sunday From 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. NICO will offer guests an inspired, comprehensive French brunch menu complete with items like Blue Crab Chevre Omelette, Duck Confit Egg Cocotte, Monte Cristo and Trout Almondine.
NICO's new Brunch Menu is divided into five major food categories, including Omelette "Au Four", Egg Cocotte, Pain Perdu, Poissons and Les Oeufs. NICO is also offering creative brunch-centric cocktails, like the Shuck Off cocktail made with Dixie Vodka, House Bloody Mix, topped with a fresh James River oyster, and the One Eye Open made with Holy City Espresso Vodka, Coffee and Cream.
"We're thrilled to bring Charleston and our Mount Pleasant neighborhood a fun and creative French brunch menu that highlights all of the classics," says Executive Chef and Owner Nico Romo. "Our team has been very meticulous throughout the process of creating this menu, ensuring that it fully embodies what we represent here at NICO - well done French classics," Romo adds.
Following Sunday brunch service, NICO will offer a limited food menu from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays with selections from the raw bar as well as select 'petit plates'. NICO will begin dinner service on Sundays at 4:00 p.m., offering their entire dinner menu until 10:00 p.m.
NICO will remain open on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. offering their full raw bar and regular service menu for lunch and dinner. The restaurant will no longer offer Friday lunch service, and will open for dinner service at 4:00 p.m.
