A resident of James Island, Angelica moved to the area from Bethesda, Maryland. Originally from New Jersey, Angelica knows what it is like to move to a new community from another state and the importance of having a trustworthy and reliable Realtor to assist with the transition.
Angelica holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University in Delaware and began her Master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling before deciding to relocate. Throughout her career path, Real Estate has always been a desired career since taking architecture and blueprint classes in her early college years. Remaining on the counseling path however, Angelica provided case management to incarcerated individuals and eventually promoted to a court officer role supervising individuals in the community under a substance abuse rehabilitation program. Well versed in her career, Angelica has also worked in the insurance and financial planning industry as well as direct marketing. After relocating to Charleston, the idea of beginning business in Real Estate came with the appreciation of the beauty Charleston offers and the welcoming community.
Angelica's mission and proclamation includes building trust with her clients while also adapting to their needs and continually working toward improving her knowledge in marketing and the local real estate in Charleston. "With my experience in marketing and the strategic tools NV Realty offers, I am very prepared to bring value for anyone buying or selling. I also stay on top of the market and want to know what is selling and for how much, so I study our Charleston market everyday so my clients don't have to. "
Alongside Real Estate, Angelica enjoys spending time on the beach, reading and traveling to the Caribbean with her fiance, Tyler. An avid Barre class participant, Angelica also volunteers with youth mentoring teaching entrepreneurship and making smart economic decisions in addition to women professional development.
