“We’re diving into Charleston’s culinary scene with something different,” said executive chef Shaun Brian. “Opening in the heart of King Street ties in our fluid vision to connect a restaurant with the city’s rich past, present and future. Every finite detail from the ingredients selected to make our dishes shine, to the restaurant’s plating and décor, unites Parcel 32 to the city’s historic upbringing.”

Brian’s menu features locally-supplied ingredients to highlight the intricate flavors that make up Charleston’s rich history. Notable dishes from Brian’s menu, organized by small, large and seasonal shareable plates, include pecan meal hush puppies with pickled peppers, pimento cheese and bacon powder; chilled cucumber and blue crab soup with sugar snap peas and lemon crème fraiche; and benne and herb grilled country pork chop with sweet potato mustard, mustard greens and pickled green tomatoes. Handcrafted cocktails and a selection of wines will also be available in the dynamic bar.
