RiverDogs Announce Front Office Additions for 2018

Four new staff members have joined the club in advance of the RiverDogs’ 25th season

CHARLESTON, S.C. – RiverDogs President and General Manager Dave Echols has announced several new hires to the Charleston front office heading into the club’s 25th season, adding Lisa Dingman as the Director of Special Events, Garret Randle as the Director of Ticket Sales, Cynthia Linhart as the Office Manager, and Bradley Moore as the Marketing & Creative Services Coordinator.

Dingman, the most recent addition to the front office, joins the RiverDogs staff with a wealth of experience in the event planning industry and comes to the Class A affiliate of the Yankees by the way of Brooklyn, N.Y. Dingman most recently was the Corporate Events Manager for Alcoa Inc., where she worked with the company’s chairman, executives, and board of directors planning all high-profile and large-scale events company-wide.

“Lisa’s extensive experience in corporate event planning makes her a terrific addition to the front office staff,” remarked Echols. “Our schedule of non-gameday events has grown to include our popular Legends in the South game, Lowcountry Sports Forums, and more, and I know Lisa is more than up to the task to continue the success of this department.”

Randle leads the Charleston club’s ticket sales efforts in 2018 after most recently working as a Business Development and Account Executive with the Houston Dynamo Soccer Club, where the Dallas, Texas, native mentored other staff members in business-to-business sales, while also serving as a representative for the club’s brand. He also holds a background in baseball, working in various sales and marketing positions for the Frisco RoughRiders (Double-A, Texas) for parts of four seasons.

“Garret brings a lot to the table with a background in sales, and our fans will immediately connect with his energy and excitement for the game,” said Echols. “With his experience in Frisco and his previous role with the Dynamo, he has already hit the ground running in leading our sales staff currently on track for another record year at the gates.”

Also new to the RiverDogs front office, Moore has been creating and executing creative content for in-stadium, social media, and marketing uses with the club since joining in December, along with executing the team’s social media presence and programming in a new position with Charleston.

“Bradley is a talented and energetic individual, who has transitioned seamlessly while joining our staff in this new role,” said Echols. “I believe our fans will really enjoy the enhanced social media and in-game presence with the design and creative skills that will be on display.”

A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in communications and a Cheraw, S.C., native, Moore has previously worked in the Clemson Athletic department, a tenure that included the Tigers’ national championship in 2017.

Linhart, raised in Charleston and a graduate of St. Andrew’s Parish High School, joins the RiverDogs as the Office Manager. The native Charlestonian most recently worked as the Apprentice Director at the McAlister-Smith Funeral Home. She is a licensed real estate broker and has worked in the industry for over two decades. Linhart resides in the Charleston area with her husband, Corey, and has four kids: Choral, Ethan, Luke, and Conrad.
