Charleston, SC, January 5, 2017 — Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce the following new hires in its Charleston office.
Gina Gennaro joined Thomas & Hutton’s Environmental Engineering team as a Designer I. Gina graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering. She gained experience as an intern with S&ME, Inc. as a Geotechnical Civil Engineering Intern.
Brian Gracey joined Thomas & Hutton’s Land Planning team as a Landscape Designer I. Brian graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Landscape Architecture. He brings experience from Four Seasons and One Specialty where he held the positions Head Designer, Project Manager, and Landscape Designer.
Edwin Melendez joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as an Engineering Technician IV. Edwin earned an Associates of Science degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting from Keiser College. He has been in the engineering industry for seventeen years, beginning with designing custom single-family resident homes before transitioning into civil site development. He has experience as a CAD Manager, responsible for creating and implementing company standards for design projects.
Scott Ritche, PE joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Project Manager II. Scott is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture Engineering. He has 24 years of experience in land development projects throughout the US and western Canada.
Damion Winn joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Designer I. Damion earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of New Orleans. He completed an internship with CORE Construction Services as a commercial estimator before working for Thrace LINQ, a geotextile manufacturer, performing quality control and technical support.
