Thomas & Hutton Welcomes New Hires

 

Charleston, SC, June 6, 2018 — Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce the following new hires in its Charleston office.

Chris Couch joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Field Representative. Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Francis Marion University. Prior to Thomas & Hutton, he worked for Landmark Construction as a site foreman and assistant project manager. Chris assists the civil department providing construction observation services for land development projects.

Frank Henegan joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Field Representative.  Frank graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture. He brings over thirty years of experience in land planning, landscape architecture, project management, construction administration, and civil construction for domestic and international projects. Frank works with the civil team providing construction observation services for land development projects.

TJ Jarvis, PE joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Project Manager. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. TJ is a licensed Professional Engineering and has a Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control certification. Prior to joining Thomas & Hutton, he was the Vice President of Engineering at Causseaux, Hewett, and Walpole, Inc. in Gainesville, FL. TJ works with the civil department, managing multiple land development projects.

Steven Roach joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Field Representative. Steven is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel. He’s previously worked assisting project managers for Mercedes Benz-Vans and SPAWAR of Charleston. Steven assists the civil department providing construction observation services for land development projects.

Josh Shealy joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Engineering team as a Designer. Josh is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Citadel. He has previously worked for HLA, Inc. as an entry-level civil engineering, gaining experience in cutting sheets, reviewing storm and water videos, setting-up civil sheets, and inspecting site construction. Josh provides civil engineering design services for infrastructure projects.
