MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hire in its Myrtle Beach office.

James Rhodes joined T&H as a Designer. James recently graduated from Coastal Carolina University, where he obtained a degree in engineering science with an emphasis in physics. Previously, he worked with the City of Conway Planning & Building Department, where he gained valuable plan review experience. James is a Civil Designer specializing in site development, construction drawings, and engineering design related to water, sewer, storm drainage infrastructure, and permit applications for residential projects throughout South Carolina.
