Karen Crosby spent the last 28 years as a middle school teacher for Dorchester District 2 schools prior to getting her real estate license and joining Carolina One. Rhonda Davis will be joining the highly successful Oswald Group at Carolina One’s Summerville Trolley Road office. A native of Charleston, Davis graduated from Trident Technical College with a degree in Business Management. Davis was employed by Beazer Homes from 1986 to 1998 as the Assistant Vice President of that new home builder’s Mortgage Closing Department. Following a brief hiatus to raise her two daughters, Davis returned to work for 5 years in new homes sales at the Carnes Crossroads community in Goose Creek. Heather Marie Spraker was born in Radford, VA and graduated with a BA degree from Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA. Spraker was formerly the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Community Relations for several prominent nursing homes in Virginia. Spraker was also employed in Florida as a licensed Orthotic Fitter before moving to Charleston 2 years ago. Born and raised in Drama, Greece, in the northeast Macedonia region of Greece, Athanaslos “Tom” Tsivelekidis has made the Charleston area his home for the past 12 years. The previous owner of the OPA Café, a popular, friendly, “old family-style” Greek restaurant in Summerville, Tsivelekidis also worked as a Financial Advisor in New Jersey for Baltimore-based Lombard Securities.
