Locally known lawyers Adam Young and Kelley Flynn Young are celebrating one year in business together as criminal defense and personal injury lawyers. Adam Young announced his firm’s name change a year ago to Young & Young, Attorneys at Law with the addition of former Judge and State Prosecutor, Kelley Flynn Young.
Both Adam Young and Kelley Young bring depths of experience to their criminal defense and personal injury practice as former Assistant Solicitors that successfully prosecuted cases ranging from possession of marijuana to murder. Prior to the addition of the former Judge Kelley Young, Adam Young earned a reputation as a tough litigation lawyer that aggressively fights for his clients’ rights in the criminal and personal injury arena. Adam’s accomplishments as a trial lawyer resulted in him earning a membership in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, as well as an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Kelley’s success as an Assistant Solicitor led her to being appointed by the Governor of South Carolina as a Magistrate Judge for Charleston County.
Through their years of experience as former prosecutors and a former judge, their firm has developed a reputation as aggressive, dedicated trial lawyers who fight hard for their clients. To demonstrate their dedication, unlike most other firms in the area, when a client hires Young & Young, instead of speaking to the partner one time and then getting passed off to a new and inexperienced associate, their clients are hiring two dedicated law partners who will personally handle their clients’ cases.
Young & Young, Attorneys at Law is located in the heart of downtown Charleston at 455 ½ King Street. The firm is available to clients 24/7 for their criminal or personal injury needs.
