CHARLESTON, SC — After completing several large hospitality projects, Leigh Behling Smalley has returned to active sales with AgentOwned Realty’s West Ashley office at 902 Savannah Highway. She brings a background in marketing and hospitality to the practice of real estate and is pleased to leverage her project management skills and service attitude to help first-time buyers, transitioning buyers and sellers, investors, and developers.

A native Charlestonian, Smalley holds a degree from the University of South Carolina (USC) and is a Broker Associate Realtor. She will complete her MBA from USC’s Darla Moore School of Business in May 2023. Smalley comes from a family dedicated to real estate and construction and since 1993, has worked on large-scale hospitality- and real estate-related projects, specializing in sales and marketing during construction.

She and her husband, Earl Smalley III, have two sons. Jake is a senior at USC, and Kade is a junior at West Ashley High School. Smalley and her family have deep roots in the West Ashley and rural West Ashley areas and can often be found in the woods and waterways of the Lowcountry.
