Alcami Welcomes Sam Trimnal to Charleston Campus

Alcami Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Trimnal to its Charleston, South Carolina leadership team.

In his role as Senior Director of Quality for Alcami’s Charleston site, Sam will lead efforts for effective and compliant systems that support the end-to-end pharmaceutical and biotech service offerings at Alcami.

“Sam’s diversified background and strong leadership skills will be terrific assets to the Charleston site, especially with its dynamic growth projections,” said Ted Dolan, Chief Operating Officer. “We are very excited to have a business partner like Sam leading our sterile quality group as it provides integrated solutions to our customers.”

Trimnal received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University where he majored in manufacturing engineering. He went on to work with Boeing— where he played an integral role in the airlock system and Node 1 of the International Space Station prior to transitioning into pharmaceutical manufacturing at Baxter International.

Trimnal has over 20 years of active leadership experience and a proven track record of executing simple, sustainable quality processes. Prior to joining Alcami, Trimnal served in various site leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, he has held positions in many community organizations including Chairperson of the Catawba Indian Nation Scholarship Program that has awarded funding to over 400 students.

Trimnal is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) & a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
