Maison Real Estate, a women-owned and operated boutique real estate brokerage have reported record breaking sales YTD for 2021. South Carolina’s Lowcountry continues to experience explosive growth amidst historically low inventory levels, driven by in-migration from around the US — especially the Northeast, — and expanding WFH opportunities continued to be brought on by COVID. YTD for 2021, Maison has reported 157 closed sales for $188,420,494, compared to 85 closed sales for $91,148,079 for the same period in 2020. This represents a 85% increase in transactions and a 106% increase in sales volume YOY. With the addition of just one agent, Maison doubled their sales in 2021. Currently, Maison has 10 active/full time agents and pride themselves on bringing unrivaled expertise and intimate knowledge of the Charleston region.

Maison sold it in-house without ever putting the house on the open market with Leslie Turner as the listing agent and Jennifer Davis representing the buyer. 11 Church Street, an exquisite Federal era Charleston single, c 1790 sold for $4,900,000 in January 2021. Mary Lou Wertz represented both the buyer and seller. This was also the second most expensive home sold in Ion in 2021.
Known for their top-notch negotiation abilities, world-class client service, and knowledge of what’s going on behind the scenes, the Maison team understands the unique challenges and subtleties of the Charleston real estate market and leverages this insider knowledge to deliver the highest level of excellence and exceptional results for their clients. But beyond their expertise, Maison brings joie de vivre, powerful networks, exclusive listings, and innovative marketing strategies designed to exceed clients’ expectations. They love what they do, and as their results prove, they're good at it.
"Because we are a true boutique firm, we focus on quality over quantity. Our sales are not judged based on volume or sales price, but on the quality of the transaction and the relationships we have with our clients. We go above and beyond in providing an extraordinary level of service to each Maison client, across all price ranges. We don’t want to be the biggest agency, just the best real estate agency.” Leslie Turner, Broker-in Charge
