Carolina Children’s Charity (CCC) was formed in 1987 to help local children diagnosed with a birth defect or childhood disease access items and services that are deemed medically beneficial or medically necessary. CCC provides grants for traditional and non–traditional therapies, durable medical equipment, therapeutic equipment, medical care, medications and much more. These items and services enhance growth and development and allow children the opportunity and support to learn to walk, talk, eat, play and maximize their potential. CCC has awarded more than 4.2 million dollars to special needs children in our community. Please support this annual fundraiser as all proceeds will allow local children to continue to receive the grant funding needed to meet their unique challenges. CCC is often the answer to families when no one else is there. The continued success of Carolina Children’s Charity would not be possible without the support of local businesses, firefighters and our wonderful community.
