Atlas Technologies, Inc. (Atlas), a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) has been awarded a potential five-year, $230 million task order by the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic to provide IT engineering, cybersecurity, and program management to the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
Atlas will work with NIWC Atlantic to modernize and secure the USCG’s command and control, communications, computers, and cyber and intelligence (C5I) systems and improve interoperability with partner agencies, other U.S. military units, and allies.

The prime task order has a one-year base period of performance with four, one-year options. The task order was competed under the Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation contract vehicle. It covers an array of service areas, including IT modernization, cybersecurity, installation, integration, knowledge management, computer-aided design (CAD), technical documentation, and program management. Work will primarily be performed in North Charleston, South Carolina, and Alexandria, VA, with an estimated completion date of January 11, 2026, if all options are exercised.
