Charleston, SC, September 19th, 2018 —March of Dimes is pleased to announce Atlas Technologies, Inc. as Presenting Sponsor, of the 2018 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction Charleston. The event—which highlights the culinary excellence of the area’s finest chefs, will be held on November 15th at 6:30 pm at the Memminger Auditorium. Anthony DiBernardo of Swig & Swine is the Lead Chef, and George J.F. Bullwinkel, III and Dr. Alison Dillon are the event co-chairs.
Atlas Technologies has been partnering with March of Dimes for more than 10 years. “Community involvement and making a difference is deeply rooted in our organization and our culture. If you ask us why we support any nonprofit, it’s a personal connection from someone or some people on our team which creates a combination of personal and company resources to create a positive impact.” said Brian Miller, founder and CEO of Atlas Technologies, Inc. “Supporting the March of Dimes is no different; it is highly personal to us. March of Dimes touches so many lives whether you’re a mother, son, or a baby that was able to graduate from the NICU and we are humbled to be involved in leading the fight for the health of all moms and babies.”
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception featuring generous samplings of each chef’s signature dish. Guests have the opportunity to bid on Super Silent Auction packages and participate in a Golden Ticket raffle during the reception. The highlight of the evening is the exciting Live Auction, which includes unique dining, travel, and entertainment packages donated by participating restaurants and chefs which are auctioned to the highest bidder. In addition to Lead Chef Anthony DiBernardo of Swig & Swine, to date participating chefs and restaurants include: Matthew Niessner of Halls Chophouse, Marc Collins of Circa 1886, Chris Ryan of Charleston Grill, Michael Perez of Cannon Green, Vinson Petrillo of Zero Restaurant + Bar, Michael Sichel of Hotel Bennett, Nick Torno of The Atlantic Room at The Ocean Course, Daniel Doyle of Poogan’s Porch, John Zucker of Purlieu, Cru Café, and Cru Catering, and Jacob Huder of Macintosh.
