(Berkeley County, SC) - The Berkeley Chamber of Commerce is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, November 17th at 1:30 p.m. with Dr. Eddie Ingram, Superintendent of Berkeley County School District, along with members of his cabinet to include: Deon Jackson, Chief Administrative Officer of Pupil Services; Katie Orvin Tanner, Public Information Officer; and Dr. Kelly Wulf, Chief Academic and Innovation Officer. In March, schools across the nation closed to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus. The quick shift to remote learning created academic disruptions to students. As the federal government urges for reopening, District leaders must weigh options to address children’s learning needs while keeping students and staff safe. Please join the Chamber and District leaders as they give an update on the District and the goals and vision for the future. Learn how the District handled the pandemic and how they are preparing for the future.
To register for this webinar, go to https://berkeleysc.org/ or contact the Chamber office at 843-761-8238 or 843-577-9549. For this special program, you will have the chance to ask Dr. Ingram and his cabinet members your most pressing questions about the Berkeley County School District. If you are interested in asking a question, please submit it during the registration process or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
