Berkeley Chamber To Hold Energy Forum

Berkeley County, South Carolina: The Berkeley Chamber will be holding an Energy Forum on Wednesday, November 20 at Charleston Southern University beginning at 9:00 am. The forum will highlight solar, natural gas and an update from Santee Cooper. Speakers will be Mark Furtick, Manager of Renewables, Dominion Energy and Eddie Plowden, Manager of Marketing & Energy Services, Berkeley Electric Cooperative, Inc. who will be speaking on solar energy; The Honorable Paul Campbell, South Carolina State Senator, District 44 will give an update on natural gas from the state level and Charlie Duckworth, Deputy CEO and Chief of Planning for Santee Cooper will share an update and vision for Santee Cooper.
