Buist Byars & Taylor's Hamlin O’Kelley has been approved by the South Carolina Board of Arbitration and Mediation Certification to serve as a Circuit Court Mediator.
In order to earn this designation, he completed 40 hours of specialized training and instruction, as approved by the SC Supreme Court.
