Centex is celebrating the opening of its next phase in Sanctuary Cove at Cane Bay with a professionally decorated model to tour, affordable quick move-in homes ready this summer and five new floorplans in the top-selling community 25 miles outside of Charleston.

Centex plans to build 41 one- and two-story single-family homes in this new enclave with prices starting in the mid $300,000s. Homes range in size from three bedrooms and two baths up to five bedrooms and three baths.

Interested buyers are invited to tour the Ibis model and view newly released homesites at 206 Shadybrook Drive, Summerville, Monday thru Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.

Buyers can choose from six floorplans beginning at 1,151 square feet to more than 2,500 square feet. For homebuyers on a limited timeframe, six quick move-in homes will be completed this summer.
