Charleston-based Real Estate Group Secures New Tenants at North Charleston Shopping Center

Adams Property Group, headquartered in Downtown Charleston, announces the signing of two new retail leases at the Gas Lite Shopping Center located at 5601 Rivers Ave in North Charleston.

Stantec Consulting Services, the engineering firm for SCDOT will be taking 4130 SF. This is an expansion of the existing SCDOT offices already located at Gas Lite.
Chill and Grill has leased 3955 SF. The family-style restaurant serves up American cuisine and has five locations in Charleston, Goose Creek and Summerville.
