Project description: TRIAD is a modern Class-A industrial/commercial flex-development. The new 47,500sf building offers subdivisible configurations to 5250sf. With 23,000 VPD and 970' of Parkway frontage, the 4.83-ac site provides excellent exposure. The project incorporates low-impact bio-swales, and the warehouse features customizable build-outs while providing users with ESFR sprinklers, 24' clearance, high bay linear LED lighting, at least one 12'x14' at-grade drive-in door, and dock high access can be provided.
