Charleston’s Advantage|Forbesbooks Wins 2018 Stevie® Award For Outstanding Customer Service

Charleston, SC (28 February 2018) – In the true spirit of  Southern hospitality, Charleston’s Advantage|Forbesbooks has been presented with a 2018 Stevie® Award for their outstanding customer service.

Currently in its 12th year, the Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize outstanding performances in the workplace worldwide.  This year’s elite group of winners hail from San Francisco to India to Japan. Advantage|Forbesbooks’ honor represents one of only two awards presented to companies throughout South Carolina, the other being Charleston-based Blackbaud, Inc.

More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.  The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.  More than 600 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.
