Michael Nicklaus, son of a legendary golfer and business partner Todd Vance continue building a powerhouse luxury lifestyle real estate firm with over 180 real estate agents
NORTH PALM BEACH, FL – NV Realty Group, NV Realty Group, a North Palm Beach-based luxury lifestyle real estate firm founded by Michael Nicklaus, youngest son of a legendary golfer, and his business partner and brother-in-law, Todd Vance will open a new North Palm Beach lounge and café workspace for agents and clients.
"Many real estate agents opt to work from home or from Starbucks rather than come into the office. We want to develop a comfortable space where agents work and benefit from the energy of training and collaboration,” says Todd Vance, COO of NV Realty Group.
Following the lead of tech companies such as Google, NV Realty is creating an all-new 2,100 square-foot workspace coffee-shop style atmosphere for agents to work independently, collaborate with others, attend training sessions and socialize with friends. Agents can work productively yet also relax when needing a break. The space features a coffee bar, tables, sofas, private offices, education room, flat screen televisions, community tables with charging stations and a shuffle board table. The new workspace will be located directly below the NV Realty Group corporate office at 11811 U.S. Hwy 1, #205 in North Palm Beach. The opening is planned for January 2020.
In collaboration with residential and commercial interior designer, Jaime Albert from Jaime Albert Designs who has worked with NV Realty on multiple projects in South Florida and Charleston, S.C has created a unique modern style with an edge yet provides a warm atmosphere blending concrete and wood finishes to create a comfortable and hands-on working environment. Albert focused on concrete, metal, leather and earth tones with accents that complement the brand identity colors. “This is the future of the way business is being conducted. The design features style meets comfort and productivity with a mindset somewhere between work and home,” says Albert.
