Chris Abbott joins Capital Bank

CHARLESTON, S.C., August 6, 2018 – Capital Bank, which recently merged with First Tennessee Bank, is proud to announce that Chris Abbott has joined the company as senior vice president.

Abbott will oversee strategies and execution for commercial banking services, relationship management and lending in coastal South Carolina and Georgia.

Abbott is a financial services veteran with more than two decades of experience, primarily in the Low Country. His past experience includes working with both large and small banking institutions and he has consistently focused on commercial banking segments, including SBA lending, business lending, and commercial real estate.

Abbott earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and resides in Mount Pleasant.
