Enjoy dinner with local farmers and chefs
CHARLESTON, SC - Local food blogger and social media influencer, Candice Herriott, is launching her book, Provisions to Plate: A Charleston Seasonal Collective, with an all-star line-up of chefs, farmers and purveyors.
The launch party, Sunday, June 24th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., will feature food by all chefs who participated in the book along with Chef Vinson Petrillo from Zero Restaurant at Zero George. Attendees will receive a signed copy of the book. Tickets can be purchased here.
Over the past year, Herriott has been interviewing chefs, farmers, fishers and mixologists sorting through countless recipes that have been made with local proteins and produce, sourced through each of the Charleston seasons.
Herriott is a food blogger, writer, photographer and social media influencer based in Charleston, SC. “I loved working closely with the farmers, chefs, fishers, bakers and mixologists to create this book, which shares the heart and soul of where our food comes from,” she said.
