In its second acquisition in the Charleston industrial market, Citimark based in Indianapolis, along with its local Charleston partner NCP Capital, has closed on two N Charleston industrial buildings totaling 310,000 SF at 4725 Arco Lane and 4750-60 Goer Dr. The two buildings are currently fully leased and will undergo a renovation. “ Situated on 1-26, 1.5 miles from the airport and 6 miles from downtown Charleston, these buildings are just great long term in-fill Industrial” said Rex Riley of CC & T.
Citimark, NCP Capital, and Pure Development closed on 230 acres earlier in the year on Jedburg Rd in Summerville and are planning a 4 building 2.5 MM SF industrial project called Coastal Crossroads Logistics Center. They have plans for the largest Charleston area spec building on the project of 1.2 MM SF in one building.
