Officer, Dr. Troy Hall, will be celebrating the release of his new book, Cohesion Culture; Proven Principles to Retain Your Top Talent. This public event will be hosted at Itinerant Literate Bookshop, 4824 Chateau Avenue, Park Circle, North Charleston, SC 29405 on Thursday, November 21 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
As the Chief Strategy Officer for South Carolina Federal Credit Union, Dr. Troy and the team have built a Cohesion Culture (TM) where employees feel a sense of belonging, have value, and make a commitment to organizational success. His book showcases how South Carolina Federal Credit Union has been named a “Best Places To Work” by Glassdoor, credit union industry publications, and the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce time and time again. In today’s competitive talent marketplace, it can teach local organizations how to better retain their employees.
