Charleston, SC, July 22, 2020 – Colliers International’s Mark Erickson, SIOR and Matt Pickard have assisted Propac Inc. in the lease of a 100,000-square-foot warehouse in the North Charleston market. The warehouse is located off Air Park Road and will provide disaster supplies and disaster equipment to support the COVID-19 response in the Southeast region.
“CEO and Owner of Propac Inc., Gordon King, reached out to us to assist in finding immediate warehouse space that could be quickly modified to house different divisions including design, production and distribution of various COVID-related supplies,” said Mark Erickson, Vice President with Colliers International | South Carolina. “I knew that putting him in touch with Ed Navarro and his well-respected ownership group, Grove Property Fund LLC, would yield the best results for my client. Mr. Navarro contracted a builder to increase the size of the office floor plan to accommodate a growing staff of technicians and administrators for Propac Inc.”

Matt Pickard
Erickson and Pickard took on the unique challenge of quickly finding their client the building during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic and statewide shutdown. Propac Inc. was awarded a government contract to aid in the supply of disaster relief supplies and equipment for frontline workers fighting the spread of the disease.
Erickson and Pickard are both members of the Colliers industrial brokerage team, specializing in the representation of owners, buyers and tenants in purchasing and leasing industrial space.
