2022 Charleston Health Care Heroes Nomination Form
Nominate today for 2022 Health Care Heroes
Health care professionals and first responders perform critical roles in ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities, families and businesses.
Help us honor these Lowcountry heroes by nominating them for the Charleston Regional Business Journal's 2022 Health Care Heroes.
The information you provide is the only information that the judges will be given to base their decisions upon. Please be thorough and provide specific examples of why this individual/organization should be honored as a 2022 Health Care Hero.
We are excited to include the Trident Construction Health Care Engineer category again this year. Health Care Engineers are individuals who are directly employed by a health care facility (i.e., an organization that provides direct patient care such as an acute care hospital, ambulatory care center, etc.) and are responsible for the physical environment of the health care facility.
Previous honorees will not be considered for the same category.
Nominations close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022.
