Charleston, SC — Crescent Homes SC, LLC, Charleston, SC’s largest private homebuilder, announces the opening of its Tennessee division with the additions of division president, Ron Benkert and construction manager, Mike Jakubowski.
Crescent Homes has 75 lots under contract in Thompson's Station with plans to build single-family homes in the $350,000 to $700,000 price range. The homebuilder plans to begin construction in Tollgate Village this spring and nearby Bridgemore Village this summer.
Currently, Crescent Homes is building a model home, set to open at the beginning of February, at the Estates of Primm Springs community in Murfreesboro, where the homebuilder plans 50 single-family homes. Construction has also begun at the Lenox of Smyrna subdivision where the builder has acquired seven lots.

Ron Benkert, a veteran of the Nashville homebuilding industry with 35 years of experience joined the Crescent Homes team full-time in June 2016 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in the Tennessee area.
