The impressive Lifestyle Center is the hub of the Del Webb community.

Del Webb Charleston at Nexton has announced the release of new homesites in its next phase, opening opportunities for Baby Boomers and early Gen Xers who want to build both a new home and a lifestyle jam-packed with social and fitness activities.

Fifty-five homes are planned for the new enclave, starting at $368,990 and ranging in size from two to four bedrooms at approximately 2,400 square feet. Select homesites feature backyard pond views.

The popular one-story Pinnacle Collection will be offered, with abundant flex space for personalization — including an optional loft — and open floorplans for easy entertaining. All are designed around a central gathering room with super-sized cook’s kitchen, a spacious owner’s suite and private guest quarters.

Each includes an oversized two-car garage with plenty of storage, with the Tangerly Oak model making room for a golf cart to further explore the award-winning Nexton master-planned community.

The new enclave is a few short blocks from the impressive 25,000 square-foot Lifestyle Center where a full-time Lifestyle Director oversees activities. The amenity features a heated indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center with exercise studio and space for clubs and hobby groups.

“Del Webb Charleston at Nexton truly feels like an upscale resort with a comfortable vibe where neighbors quickly become friends,” said General Sales Manager Ann Taylor. “For our 55-plus residents, the fun almost never stops, from early morning fitness classes to mid-day laps, afternoon cooking demos and then evening wine tastings and dancing.”

There’s more to do in Nexton, with its growing shopping and dining scene. Del Webb residents may use the Nexton Swim Club and 50 miles of nature trails, an event lawn and parks in the 4,500-acre community located only five miles from downtown Summerville and about 25 miles northwest of downtown Charleston.

Upon completion, the gated community will contain just over 1,000 homes. Six professionally decorated models are available to tour at 1261 Del Webb Drive, Summerville.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday and Sunday noon to 5 p.m. For more information or to take a virtual tour, visit www.delwebb.com/nexton or call 843-310-6028.
