Don’t Miss Millers All Day And Then Sum

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Millers All Day will team up with the much-anticipated Jackrabbit Filly for a pop-up of dim sum madness. On Thursday, September 26th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Millers All Day will shine a spotlight on chef Shuai Wang’s heritage-driven new Chinese American cuisine, as well as their own breakfast/brunch mash up.

Millers will serve a menu of bacon, egg and cheese steamed dumpling, Korean fried chicken on pimento biscuit with pickles, breakfast sausage fried rice, crab omelet with scallion-garlic cream cheese, “Shrimp and grits” Geechie boy grit cakes and spicy shrimp salad, and a waffle Croque Madame with Broadbents ham and hickory syrup.

Guests can expect to see sticky rice and pork shao mai, pork and cabbage dumplings, eggs and soldiers with Chinese crullers and more from Wang’s menu.

“Shuai and I have always enjoyed collaborating,” said Millers’ Executive Chef, Joe DiMaio. “We just think the combination of Southern and American cuisine and Chinese influence would bring a lot of fun to this pop-up.”

Added Wang: “We are excited to be working with Joe again and think the mix of cuisines and my heritage will make for a memorable night of exotic flavors.”
