Edmund’s Oast Poises Team For Continued Growth

Edmund’s Oast Restaurant is pleased to share that effective February 1, 2020, Executive Chef Bob Cook, who has been at the helm of the award-winning culinary program since June 2017, is officially a partner in the restaurant.

"Our vision for Edmund's Oast Restaurant has always been built around the role of Executive Chef being a true partner/owner. In Bob, we have finally been able to complete the picture," says Managing Partner Scott Shor. As the Chef/Partner, Cook will continue to orchestrate culinary operations at the restaurant and produce the exceptional food that Edmund’s Oast guests have come to know and love.

Additionally, for the first time ever, the restaurant has named a General Manager, Suzanne Stone. Stone has been with the company since August 2017, when she started as a bartender and has since worked her way to Front-of-House Manager, and now, to the restaurant’s General Manager. Stone exemplifies the Edmund’s Oast commitment to genuine hospitality, and is excited to continue pushing the boundaries of growth and progress within the restaurant. As General Manager, Stone will execute the restaurant’s overarching hospitality goals in addition to the day-to-day operations.
