Fetter Health Care Network offers daily special events for National Health Center Week

Fetter Health Care Network, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), will participate in National Health Center Week from Sunday, August 12 to Friday, August 17.

This annual weeklong event is hosted by the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Health Center Advocacy Network and seeks to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America's health centers.

"This is a great event that allows us to connect with our community and share the incredible work our team has been a part of over the years," said Aretha R. Jones, CEO of Fetter Health Care Network. "This week will truly be a celebration of our past, present and future."

According to the National Health Center Week's website, health centers serve approximately 27 million patients every year, and that number continues to grow with the demand for affordable primary care.

Every year, National Health Center Week celebrates the work and services health centers provide to special populations within their community on designated days during the week.
