What started as a dream aiming to find the harmony between structural efficiency and architectural vision, ultimately led Pavel to successfully run his engineering firm for 10 years now, designing domestic and international projects.

In April 2011, Pavel took a leap of faith and launched his own company amidst the biggest economic downturn in the US history since the Great Depression. To stay competitive in such a volatile economic environment, he understood that his team had to work hard to gain each client’s trust. Today, a decade later, they work even harder to never lose it. Fine Tuned Structures and its clientele has grown steadily from a humble family run company to a multi-location engineering firm with impressive projects around the world. The company’s portfolio includes successfully completed private and public projects ranging from residential custom homes to high rises. Among the remarkable international projects is the dream in the making – the Jewel of the Creek, Dubai U.A.E – and the distinguishable project of Lusail Katara Hotel, Doha, Qatar.

Pavlov’s energy, expertise and passion for construction gave the structural engineering company its legacy. They have experience in major building materials such as reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, steel, masonry and wood. Despite that Fine Tuned Structures is headquartered in Summerville, South Carolina, it is not defined by any geographical boundaries. A testament of this is the wide variety of projects throughout the US and numerous international projects. Pavel Pavlov is proud to represent his company in the Lowcountry. Some of the firm’s local projects are: 1080-1090 Morrison Drive buildings, Poinsette Senior Care in Charleston, South Carolina; 6300 & 6400 Bluewater Resort and Marina in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Chicora Elementary School in North Charleston, South Carolina; North Carolina Real Estate Property in Brunswick County, North Carolina and many more.

“No project is too large or too small for us. Our business model is flexible to adjust to each project size, while successfully meeting all of our projects’ demands” said Pavel. “We work with each client for the best solution in the most efficient manner. We are proud of our achievements and remain devoted on looking for new ways to improve our level of service” he added.
