First Annual “Mardi Growl”

Listen to this articleSt. Frances Animal Shelter in Georgetown and Salty Dogs Senior Animal Rescue have paired together for the first annual “MARDI GROWL” family-focused community event on Sunday Feb 19, 2023 in Georgetown.
Starting at Noon with a lively parade of dogs w their owners down Front Street and ending in East Bay Park . All afternoon there will be food trucks, music, vendors, agility course, lure course, photo opps, dog kissing booth, etc. Although a fundraiser, the key goal is to get the word out about homeless animal NEEDS and those dedicated to rescuing, etc.
