Freshfields Village from February through April


Freshfields Village Art & Wine Walk – Friday, February 15 (4-7 pm)

Join us on Friday, February 15 for the annual Art & Wine Walk. Residents and visitors are invited to watch live art demonstrations, view works from local and visiting artists, and enjoy live jazz music and tastes of wine in participating stores.

Freshfields Village Cars & Coffee – Recurring monthly event happening from 9:00 - 11:00 am February 16, March 16, April 20)

Arrive in your favorite ride or stop by the Village Green to browse unique, antique and other cool cars at our monthly Cars & Coffee! Coffee and breakfast will be available for purchase at Java Java. The event is held the 3rd Saturday of every month.


Freshfields Village Blues by the Sea – Sunday, April 7 (3-7 pm)

Join us for an afternoon of free, live music featuring a variety of regional and national blues acts. The event is supported by the Kiawah Island Arts Council.

Freshfields Village Spring Concert – Friday, April 19 (6-9 pm)

Enjoy an evening of live music on the Village Green on Friday, April 19. Guests are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket for this free, family-friendly event.

Freshfields Village Spring Festival – Saturday, April 20 (11 am – 3 pm)

The annual Spring Festival promises free fun for the entire family on Saturday, April 20 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm! Children can enjoy a jump castle, inflatable slide, mechanical bull, face-painting, balloon animals, spring crafts, and perform on stage with an interactive band. Plus, be sure to bring your camera to snap a photo with the Easter Bunny as he hops through the Village. Enjoy tasty treats from local food vendors including sno-cones, kettle korn, popsicles, BBQ and more. In addition, St. John's Fire Department will host their annual Spring Into Safety event with tours of their fire engines, fire extinguisher training, Escape Planning and Safety Tips and a visit from Sparky the Fire Dog.
