MIAMI (November 4, 2021) - FRONTIER Building, an experience-focused national general construction, construction management and design-build contractor, has broken ground on a new retail development at The Shops at Gregorie Ferry Landing on 1146 Muhlenbergia Drive, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
FRONTIER is providing the ground-up construction of the 8,345-square-foot retail complex (Building 2) that will include a 2,205 square-foot Pink Polish Nail Lounge, a 1,650 square-foot New York Butcher Shoppe plus two other retail spaces for future tenants. It will also include 26 parking spaces for customers.
The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
