Gotcha Welcomes Ian Palacios
Gotcha is excited to announce the hiring of Ian Palacios as Community Manager for the Holy Spokes bike share system. This addition furthers Gotcha’s commitment to provide affordable, sustainable, and accessible transportation for our school and city partners.
Palacios will be responsible for system planning, implementation and operations, communication with local stakeholders, logistics, and customer service of the Holy Spokes bike share system, owned and operated by Gotcha.
Palacios has a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Texas State University. He will be based in Charleston, SC at Gotcha’s headquarters.
