Meagan was born and raised in Charleston, SC where she developed her passion for the enchanting allure of the Lowcountry. Her love for the city’s unparalleled architecture and style stems from her countless days spent strolling through the quaint streets of Charleston’s many neighborhoods.

Meagan has been immersed in the real estate industry for over a decade. Her professional career initially took form within property management, first in multifamily, and subsequently at one of Charleston’s premier downtown property management companies, specializing in furnished 30+ day rentals. During her time there, she led the executive rental division where she was responsible for the management and oversight of a portfolio of nearly one hundred executive rental properties, most of which were located in the heart of downtown Charleston.

Meagan is also an active real estate investor herself, personally owning, renovating, and operating a number of short and long-term investment properties throughout Charleston.
