HLA, Inc. Promotes Kyle Neff, PE to Vice President & Director of Engineering

CHARLESTON, SC — HLA, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Neff, PE, to Vice President. In this new role, Neff’s responsibilities will expand to include managing the strategic direction of HLA while continuing to oversee the daily operations of the Civil Engineering Department as Director of Engineering. Senior Vice President, Amy Chico, says of the promotion, ‘HLA is thrilled and looks forward to Kyle’s increased leadership role. He has proven himself time and time again, and we believe his promotion will further enable us to achieve our company goals.’

Neff joined HLA in 2012 as Project Engineer, quickly progressed to Project Manager, and in 2022 was named Director of Engineering. His experience and knowledge make it natural that he successfully leads HLA’s more complex engineering projects. He holds a Masters of Engineering in Water Resources from The University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, with SC professional engineer designation. Neff was selected to the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Charleston Class of 2023 and is a member of the Civil Engineers Club of Charleston.
